Lock file not updated with dependency version

High Severity

The pyproject.toml requires kernel>=0.28.0, but the tracked uv.lock file in the same directory still pins kernel==0.11.1. This version mismatch causes installation failures when users run uv sync or uv install, as the locked version doesn't satisfy the declared constraint. The lock file needs regeneration to match the updated dependency requirement.
