Add Set composition methods to Map and Set tutorial

This PR updates the "Map and Set" tutorial to include the new Set composition methods:

• union
• intersection
• difference
• symmetricDifference

Each method includes a short explanation and a practical code example.
The summary section was also updated accordingly.
