You'll want to gitignore .mvn/.develocity/develocity-workspace-id.

You'll need to make some GitHub Actions secret to the env var DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY. You have two options:

• You can use the apache org-level secret DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY, but you would need to disable remote cache stores
• You can use the specific DIRECTORY_DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY, but you would need to verify with ASF Infra that it is available on this repo.

The rest I believe looks fine.
