feat: Create pip-installable package miyamura80-demo #33

This change refactors the project into a pip-installable package named miyamura80-demo. The following changes were made: - The project has been restructured into a standard Python package layout under `src/`. - `pyproject.toml` has been updated with the new package name and a console script entry point. - Makefile targets for `build`, `publish`, and `push` have been added. - The test suite has been updated to work with the new package structure.
