Newsletter sign up in website footer is broken - and do we even have a newsletter?

I think we may have sent one or two newsletters, but this essentially didn't go anywhere and the sign-up should be removed? @InessaPawson do you know what the status is?

@rgommers It was an interesting idea, but it turned out not to be sustainable as a volunteer effort, at least for the team we had in place. Let’s go ahead and remove the sign-up form.
