[BUG] the proot in the arm64 image being the amd64 version

Have you fixed the issue with the proot in the arm64 image being the x64 version?

Expected Behavior

Environment

- OS: ubuntu kde

CPU architecture

arm64

Docker creation

No

Container logs

It all depends on the app, I need to guard it better they have compatibility flags but you can still install x86 only apps on arm.

@thelamer What I mean is: In the previous arm64v8-ubuntu-kde/arm64v8-ubuntu-xfce image, it was the amd64 proot instead of the arm64 one.
