Fails to decrypt sops-encrypted files encoded with UTF16 LE.

Current Behavior

This was not an issue in prior versions of helm secrets (with helm v3), so a definite regression.

On Files encoded with UTF16 LE we now get

Error: failed to parse secrets.yaml: cannot unmarshal yaml document: error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: incomplete UTF-16 character
Error: plugin "secrets" exited with error

Expected Behavior

Decrypts UTF16LE encoded files.

Could be possible that this is an sops issue. Did you update sops?
