Sweep attack for Bard and Barbarian

Hi, it seems that in original Hellfire the sweep attack is quite bugged. Can you confirm this and do you have plans to correct this issue? I searched the release notes but I found no mention of the sweep attack-

There was a bug in vanilla Hellfire where player 0 would not receive any penalty to damage or chance to hit on enemies adjacent to the attack. We fixed this bug in 1.3.0, but I believe it never made it into the changelog.

Also, it's not just Bard and Barbarian. Monk also gets a sweep attack with a staff equipped.

I guess we have to reset the counter for how many days since last someone was confused about this.

Might make sense to eventually document every single bug that was fixed in its own issue, and then have a pinned parent issue with all of them linked to show all of the things that were fixed/changed so people have a good resource to check for those before asking.

I acknowledge that my question was redundant, but please don't be rude. Eventually I read each and every version realease notes.

Which part did you see as rude? We where terse which is very common for development, there was also an internal joke, but nothing directed at you.

Maybe just a meme that added nothing to this discussion, apart further highliting that my question was redundant? I know that this site is not a helpdesk for users, but mainly a place where developers meet, but I consider it the best source of info for your piece of software, Again sorry if my question was silly, and I see that you and others acknowledged some sort of problem with the changelogs. Anyway thnx all for the answers.

It wasn't redundant to you so it's fine to aske it. It's more a comment between the maintainers about how it's been asked frequently lately and we might need to address it by making it easier for users to find the information.

The discussions section where you posted is probably more like a helpdesk then most other parts of github. I suppose the chat could be considered more of a user focused area, but it's perfectly fine for you to aske this question here, and no one has complained that you did so. No need to apologize.
