BadRequest error when seeing line-by-line coverage

A user is running into the following error when checking line-by-line coverage in his repository:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload code coverage for a PR
2. Check the line coverage for files in the PR by navigating to the repository in CodeCov -> Pulls -> Select a Pull -> expand a file.

This issue happens on all PRs in the affected organisation. The following error is visible in Sentry: useSingularImpactedFileComparison - Parsing Error

Update from the eng team:
Digging into this, CodeCov has available coverage data for the file but is getting a 404 for the source code file when asking the git provider for it. The UI could handle this error in a more helpful way.

The underlying problem seems to be that CodeCov is not able to get the source file. This could possibly be the file name changed, the file path is wrong or a permissions problem.

For the affected user, can you please double-check that the file is showing up with the same name and path for that commit in your git provider?

@rodolfoBee Yes the file has the same name and path.

This issue is not limited to a single file. We are experiencing the same issue with all files in two different repos. Nothing structurally significant changed in these two repos before line-by-line coverage stopped working. One day it just started throwing errors.

Ok I just checked this again now and it appears we're back in business. No more errors thrown when viewing line coverage.
