[python] - Create a test suite to verify all Python examples

The test suite should consist of the following steps:

1. Linting of the Python code
2. Check that the examples are running correctly
3. Proof reading the heading part of the examples (grammar, clarity, etc.)
4. Host the web page locally in a container and check whether it works as intended
5. Check that the web page is visually good with both mobile phones, tablets and PC
