Consider extending CodeGen to be able to use Repository ALIAS information.

CodeGen can use structure aliases and alternate field names but currently has no support for Repository structure or field aliases. This was initially because there was no support in the Repository UI either, but that support was added some time back. I still need to check what support is available via DDLIB, so that could be a show-stopper.
