Support for multiple structure input files

Please add support for multiple structure input files. I have a situation where I need to process a list of structures to generate models, but a different list through the other templates. I'd like to be able to create a file for the controllers (etc) and a separate list of "models only" and send both files into the build models codegen command.
Having multiple files allows you to group the info logically, without having to replicate info in one (or more) structure input files.

Having read this I am not at all clear what you are asking for. Can you clarify?
