bind:after not working

When I test a component in the Try.MudBlazor app and I have a bind:after event configured, that event fires as expected. However, if I use your CompilationService and call CompileRazorCodeToBlazorComponentType that component works for the basic binding, but any bind:after event never fires. Let me know if I'm missing something on my end with a misconfiguration, or if there is some difference in a required library not loading in this tool.

Here is an example of some code that fires the bind:after event when using TryMudBlazor:

More details:

When the code is compiled by the projectEngine created by calling CreateRazorProjectEngine(references) and you inspect the sSharpDocument.GeneratedCode, you will see that the __builder object that is creating the RenderFragment is not parsing the bind:after tag correctly. When I run the code in TryMudBlazor, the code generated for the input component with the bind:after tag looks like this, as expected:

However, the same fragment generated by this solution is not identifying the @Bind:after tag and is instead leaving it as a property on the input element:

It appears that TryMudBlazor is calling projectEngine.Process from "Assembly Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.Razor.Compiler" while this code is calling it from "Microsoft.AspNetCore.Razor.Language".

I was able to get my code working by changing some nuget packages to force the code to be compiled using the "Assembly Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.Razor.Compiler" library instead of the "Microsoft.AspNetCore.Razor.Language" package. I can provide a code example of how I fixed this if that helps.
